Armed Forces Urns

Rocks of Remembrance has taken great pride in creating the finest Rock Ash Urns to honour those who have served our great country.
We have been granted permission from the Australian Authorities to use the current Armed Forces logos on our rock urns.
All the badges are handmade by us from fibreglass and airbrushed patina bronze for an absolutely realistic finish.
You can choose any combination of our sculptures to place on the rock.

Like all our Cremation Ash Urns, there is a large cavity inside the rock urn to store single or up to 3 ash containers as well as room for mementoes. Simply seal the provided base for an air and watertight fit.

Recently we were asked to take on constructing 2 heart Shaped Memorial rocks (WHITE GRANITE) for two soldiers killed in action for the U.S.A Army. The 2 soldiers were sisters, we had to make the Fallen Soldier Battlefield Cross which is a symbolic replacement of a cross. It is the soldiers rifle stuck into the ground between the soldiers boots with the soldiers hat on top of the rifle with the soldiers dog tags draped from the rifle the sculpture is then painted patina bronze. Also, we had to replicate the .223 calibre bullets and also air brush patina bronze, and not to forget we had to make the soldiers dog tags and chain (which flows under the bronze plaque) all from fibreglass and airbrush patina bronze colour.

As you can see the monuments are totally finished just waiting on the information of dates for the plaques. Once these are completed these monuments will be sent by plane to the Arlington War Cemetery in Texas U.S.A.

Feeling very proud and humble to have been asked to undertake this job.
